We're grateful you're interested in coaching this season. All you have to do is reach out to your division representative by email and express interest.  Rep info can be found here, please also copy the league's general email box at crtlbaseball@outlook.com.

The Board will notify coaches if they're awarded a team as soon as possible. Awarding teams is based on a number of factors -- child in division, league participation, returning coaches, etc.

First and foremost, this is YOUTH baseball. We are here to establish a love of the game, teach basic fundamentals and provide a safe and positive atmosphere for our communities children and families.

Babe Ruth/ Cal Ripken rule books will be provided to coaches. You are expected to review and abide by rules set forth by said parent organizations, unless rule amendments have been discussed with all division coaches prior to games.

BE POSITIVE. BE ENCOURAGING. BE KIND.
Coaches will be notified if the Board recieves complaints and reserves the right to remove a coach from the team and facilities if deemed necessary.
 

Once awarded a team, coaches must pass a federal background check and participate in abuse, concussion and cardiac arrest training. Certificates of Completion must be presented before comencing practice. 

NOBODY is allowed in the dugout without successfully completing requirements. 

Q: What supplies does the league supply?
A: Game balls, catchers gear (Rookies and up) and a Tee for the littles.

Q: How are teams assembled?
A: T-Ball teams are assembled based on location, request and at random. This is the only division that can request a specific team. The league does it's best to accomodate requests. All other teams are assembled by draft. Once drafted onto a Majors team, players will remain on that team through their time in that division.
